This is the SHALL 4-piece magnetic drill bit extension set. You get four magnetic extensions, and the longest one is about 12 inches.
Each one has a push-down locking collar that locks the bit in, and the set comes with extra bits: three Phillips, two flathead and four hex. Swapping extensions is quick. My favorite feature is that the collar rotates separately from the shaft inside, so you can hold it for support while you drive, which helps in tough-to-reach spots. And when you back out a tight screw, the bit stays in the holder instead of coming out with the screw.
My verdict: I've used it for a few days and I highly recommend it. It feels like very sturdy construction, it's all metal, and with the four sizes it can handle just about any job I need.
